The Project

This project dives deep into some of the challenges Sedona faces as a community

Why this, why now

Tourist towns/cities face a serious epidemic. Owning a business and working for one is hard to do in popular destinations like Sedona. Millions of tourists per year, long hours, and average pay. Rent in Sedona is 90% higher than rent across the country, and the average house price is above 850 thousand. Combine these problems together and you have the people who run the city unable to afford housing, some living in their cars or in neighboring towns and cities.

This project aims to bring awareness to these issues in Sedona and to hopefully spark change…
